I agree that if the fault is not covered under warranty, the charges (excluding GST) are as follows:

Services	Hourly rate (On ordinary business hours)	Hourly rate (out of hours/weekend/emergency)
Call out fee (Non-warranty)	$180 (One-time)
Qualified Electrician	$180	$360
Trade Assistant or Apprentice	$140	$280
