800kW Solar Construction, Redbank QLD

The Brief

Deluca has been appointed by Goodman Property Services (AU) Pty Ltd as the primary contractor for the construction of Redbank 3B Warehouses and Offices, featuring multiple tenancies in the Chep and Montgomery West areas. Goodman owns, develops, and manages high-quality industrial, sustainable properties and business units across Australia. Goodman Property Services is part of the global Goodman Group—the largest industrial property group listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Solution

Kuga has successfully secured the 800kW solar subcontract for this project through Deluca. In line with Goodman’s comprehensive solar energy implementation strategy, Kuga has completed solar installations with a capacity of 450kW at SP1-Chep Warehouse A, 150kW at SP2-Monty Warehouse B for each of its two tenancies, and an additional 50kW at SP2-Monty Warehouse C.
