The Brief

ESR, the largest real asset manager in the Asia-Pacific region and the third-largest listed real estate investment manager globally is committed to sustainability. ESR then undertook a significant project in collaboration with Hansen Yuncken. They sought to integrate clean energy solutions with their business, and through a competitive tender process, KUGA was awarded the prestigious project to install solar PV, covering four tenancies, with a total capacity of 330kW.

The Solution

Kuga’s completion of the Solar PV project for ESR has reduced ESR’s carbon footprint. With an annual solar generation of 494.74MWh and CO2 savings of 492.76. In line with ESR’s sustainability goals, KUGA adhered to a design brief that required the installation of Solar PV systems equipped with 25-year warranty SunPower panels—a commitment to long-term environmental and financial sustainability.
